I was pleased to read "Not a critique". I have enjoyed
Mr. Hoff's letters all the years I have been reading Sitnews,
he writes with passion, and from a line of people that were almost
exterminated. I find it supremely ignorant that people can blithely
say "move on", when they have NEVER been in the position
of having had their land, and way of life torn from them.
On another note, I also agree with Mr. McRoberts, that it is
very strange to go to vote in what I was raised to believe was
a democracy with freedom of choice, etc. etc., and then, although
I am registered a Moderate Republican, being told I CAN NOT VOTE
ON THE REPUBLICAN BALLOT!! What the heck?????
