Also, be considerate of other areas - like the "end" of the road, or the parking area available at the bottom of the Calanna Lake trail. It is disgusting to see people's trash just thrown in a public area.

While taking "stuff" to the Ketchikan City Dump is not "free" - it is a pre-paid area as every City or Borough resident pays a monthly fee for, whether used or not, to dispose of stuff in a acceptable fashion.

How hard is it to just drive your JUNK up to the dump???? Please be considerate of your local neighbors.
