I suggest that Ketchikan would not be the sole enjoyer of this process, we could also take the wastes from all other towns and villages in southeast, and turn it into energy and pay those other towns for so doing, instead of every town shipping their wastes as we do... to Spokane, WA.?

It is my understanding, that this process generates more energy than it uses, and if so, could be tied into the Swan Lake-Tyee intertie to provide an additional power source. Perhaps even more cheaply than the diesel burning Bailey Plant.
