Regarding Mr. Person's comments, wouldn't it be great if you
could believe everything you read? Wow, what a concept that
would be. Thanks so much for pointing readers to the rebuttal
from City Management. Obviously current Employees who have come
forward out of concern for the way the Utility is operating must
have another agenda...... way to slam the Union too.
Oh yes, and let's not forget the former employees who choose
to speak at the City Council Meetings. Who wouldn't want to
give up their Thursday night to go sit in a stuffy room, make
public comments, and have people bad mouth you afterwards? Disgruntled?
No, I'd say disgusted is probably more like it.
Oh, and by the way, Mr. Person's comment "The City Council
is trying to make a good decision despite being hounded with
misinformation from an unemployed charlatan masquerading as a
telecommunications expert" was really uncalled for. I hope
that you make a public apology for that remark. Shame on you!
