WMD's in Iraq

My conspiracy theory for the missing WMD's in Iraq is that the United States tried to "plant" them and failed.

But if we give us a "little more time people, a little more time", perhaps we will STILL be able to plant and find them, thus not making Russia mad, and appeasing people such as Ken Solch, who joins the ranks of people standing in that river in Egypt, denial.
