No Different Than Child Abuse
By Carl Webb

I am glad to see I could raise some questions, suggestions and conversations.

The way I see it, seatbelts have saved a life or two. Speed limits have also worked to slow down senseless deaths. Drinking and Driving It Is REALLY STUPID. So they passed laws to stop it from happening. Or at least slow it down.

Now my point is most children do not have a choice while riding in a vehicle and an adult or teenager, if you will, decide to have a smoke to satisfy themselves and no one else.

Now if you care please share.

Thank You,

Carl Webb
