Mrs. Lindahl referred to all of the story , so what is all of
the story? Did this man hit and push your son with out a justified
reason? If so, then the Police should have done something about
it, and you should make sure that they do. But, if your son had
threatened or attacked this man, he has the right to defend himself.
And I don t think that age makes a difference when it comes to
defending yourself.
You wrote your letter to inform our town of a potential problem,
and I appreciate that. But, with out the whole story there is
no way to form an opinion on what happened. So in my opinion
the jury is still out on this one.
