Roadside Trash

I don't know why in these areas of high dumping the Ketchikan
Gateway Borough doesn't just put out a couple of big dumpsters.
Seems like it would be worth a try. Who knows it might just work!
Food garbage/trash just put
it out with signs and public notice. Don't worry about who is
putting garbage in it. Worry about who ain't!
