Snowy Night

Softly falling
through the night,
adorning the earth
in a robe of white.
Dawn arose
like a brilliant light,
shedding its grace
upon this sight.
The trees bowed low
in reverant awe,
of the splendid beauty
that they saw.
The earth robed richly
in heavy white,
a gift from the sky
bestowed in the night.
