On Saturday, January 24, 2004 the Ketchikan Public Library Children's Annex hosted its 6th Annual Mad Hatter Tea Party in honor of author Lewis Carroll. The event was attended by 35 kids and grownups and featured the "Alice in Wonderland" collection of memorabilia of Dr. Wynelle Snow. Guests enjoyed refreshments and a "Zaniest Hat" contest. The winner was Alyssa Jackson with her great "Birdnest and Tea set" hat. Alyssa won a copy of the Alice in Wonderland Pop-up book by Eric Sabuda.
