mostly cloudy to cloudy skies through late evening. Wind northwest
to north 10 to 25 mph early becoming southeast to south 10 to
25 mph by late evening.
High Wind Warning late tonight
and Tuesday morning...
Increasing clouds with rain
developing and becoming very windy late tonight. Northeast winds
25 with gusts to 35 mph out of interior passes becoming southeast
35 with gusts to 60 mph by morning. Lows in the mid 40s. Chance
of rain 80 percent.
High winds and heavy rain in
the morning diminishing through the day. Southeast winds to 35
mph with gusts to 70 mph in exposed areas diminishing to 50 mph
by afternoon. Highs in the lower 50s. Chance of rain near 100
