Increasing clouds with rain developing and becoming very windy late tonight. Northeast winds 25 with gusts to 35 mph out of interior passes becoming southeast 35 with gusts to 60 mph by morning. Lows in the mid 40s. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Tuesday

High winds and heavy rain in the morning diminishing through the day. Southeast winds to 35 mph with gusts to 70 mph in exposed areas diminishing to 50 mph by afternoon. Highs in the lower 50s. Chance of rain near 100 percent.

12:10 am - Ketchikan: The wind was calm at Knudson Cove Sunday afternoon; however, high winds and heavy rain are forcast for Monday night with possible gust to 70 mph in channeled areas.

Very windy with rain developing in the afternoon. Northeast winds to 25 mph with gusts 45 mph in exposed locations. Highs in the lower 50s. Chance of rain 80 percent.
