Ketchikan, Alaska - The Ketchikan Fire Department honored the fallen heroes of 9-11 Saturday with the display of the American Flag suspended from a fire engine ladder with an upside down Fireman's axe hanging below it. The upside down fireman's axe represents the fallen heroes of 9-11... Ketchikan's way of saying, "We will not forget".
