Ketchikan, Alaska - Tom Coyne, Ketchikan city councilman and
perennial office-holder, remains involved in everything happening
in his home town. At age 82, he has lost none of his interest
or involvement in Ketchikan's political issues and activities.
Carl Thompson captured this
image of one of Ketchikan's most beloved personalities at the
Tony Knowles' community gathering held last Wednesday evening
at the Ted Ferry Civic Center.
