Clyde Collins (Welding Hood) and Kyle Burnette, two City of Ketchikan employees, are repairing a hand/guard rail on the corner of Bawden Street and Park Ave that was damaged in an automobile accident earlier this week. The men put up a yellow barrier to protect the eyes of drivers from the welding arc. When the job was finished, the rail looked like new.
