Another chance!

Editor:

First a correction to my last post referencing "Congress included in any legislation." There is no such language My bad. There is NO 28th amendment, I should have been more clear. There SHOULD be a 28th amendment which would read:

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the President, Senators, Representatives, or any elected official. Further, Congress shall make no law that applies to the President, Senators or Representatives, that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."

Now, my post:

Is it not the time for Senator Beigch to come to our local community's assistance? It would seem so. I believe all it would take would be the local Moderate/liberal Republicans jointly with the "Everything is free and all for Me" Democrats, in a bipartisan way, approach Senator Begich to make his vote for National Health Care worth something.

Now is the time to ask him to negotiate for new funding for the free "Bridge to Nowhere". I will leave it to others who might support this suggestion, to add additional demanded and necessary local "Comfort" projects, all free of course.

Never mind the burden placed on our Grandchildren and beyond. American public school students range far behind the rest of the world in math that they will never question or know what the relationship of a few hundred million dollars for "Us, you and me", is to what Billion(s) or Trillion(s) when it comes bill paying time. Besides, if Senator Begich doesn't ask for this, some other Democratic Senator will for his/Her state.

Cheer him on and up! Think of "Us". Time is short!

Regards,
