Trying to find carver

Does anyone know of a carver by the name of Charlie Weatherstun
or Weatherspoon? He also goes by "Big C or Big Charlie".
My husband and I are former
residents of Juneau (Lee Hagmeier) and we have a pole which we
believe was carved by Charlie. We would appreciate any help you
can offer.
