Guard Rails & Free Speech
By Penny Eubanks

I agree with Aliesha Filyaw - I also have wondered why in the world guard rails were not installed for pedestrian protection. I look forward to the extension of the path passing my house so that I can get on it and exercise. I would feel much safer if guard rails were installed.

I would also like to comment that I am proud of Kevin Mackie for exercising his right to free speech and voicing his opinions on various topics. I would like to know though Kevin - what the heck are you doing in Russia? Whatever you are doing I am sure it must be an awesome experience to see and experience a foreign country such as Russia.

I wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday, and best wishes for 2006!
