Tsunami
relief

I heard the President's message regarding U.S. financial assistance
for the Tsunami
disaster. As a result, I have donated to one of the non-profit
organizations that will
be assisting the victims.
While governments can and should
use some tax dollars for helping out in situations such as this
one, I believe that we, as individuals living in one of the richest
countries in the world, can and should be counted on to donate.
We should never leave it solely
up to the government to "take care of it" for us.
