Recognition was given to those who have been with the organization from 5 years to 28, and have done so out of the concern they have for others who are in need - showing over and over, it is not just a job, it is a passion. Some of these special people are ones who also have special needs in their own lives, yet they are giving themselves, their talents, their abilities, their compassion to others. There were awards given out for outstanding customer service in a diversity of areas.
The programs within this "unique non-profit human service organization" stretch over a wide gamut in our community: Early Learning Program; Children's Mental Health; Senior and Disability Services.
Thank you to each one who is part of this vital, important, meaningful organization.
Thank you to the many local businesses and individuals who donated the delicious dinner and the many wonderful door prizes and 'gifts'.
