It's incredible how much money Ketchikan individuals pay out for nonsense items and I believe this is one of them. Like paying $96,000.00 for a Rain Gauge, REALLY...?????

So, here is a very good and worthy plan... READY...???

Have the High School Students build a new gauge then for the design have all students from all levels of learning make projects that can be combined to be displayed and represent what Ketchikan, Alaska is all about.

Thank you for listening. I believe in my heart this is a much better.
