Wow! The wealthiest Americans have a responsibility to invigorate infrastructure? As for the Jobs Bill, how has that worked out for us taxpayers in the past? The only thing shovel ready in the last few years has been the rhetoric.
If the bill failed 49 to 51, at least a couple Democrats must have sacrificed the common good as well or perhaps they just had time to read it before voting, unlike Obamacare.
