Darlene Guzman is absolutely correct, 100%. I've known her for years and if anybody has a grasp on things in Ketchikan she does. The police department and the fire department in the city need your full support.
My Father, Ray Hackstock was chief there for years and I know it's never been an easy task trying to keep a town like Ketchikan in check, but taking money away sure can't work. Please listen to Darlene and protect your city.
