Consolidation Ballot

I am right here in Ketchikan, but had to vote an absentee ballot. I believe this is an illegal vote. There is o reason to vote absentee when we could have voted at the last election and had this over with. I want to know why I had to vote absentee when I am present. Why did it cost me to vote? Did all those jewelry store owners in the Caribbean get to vote for this also. Do they also receive PFDs?

How many other citizens have complained about having to vote absentee? Sounds to me like there's something that needs to be looked into.

It is a privilege to vote or your right as an American citizen" What's wrong with this picture?
