This ballot devised by the city takes the cake so far. They have stacked the deck for countless times to assert something voters have rejected every time. However, I don't fault them. The more we lay back and be happy with status quo, we can expect more of this in the future. I still don't know where the cost saving are or where they will come from or how they will be used. I didn't think that was asking too much. But my question didn't really mandate and honest answer, touch' city council, touche'. Once again your deceit has prevailed. And we wonder where terrorism is.
