Ketchikan, Alaska - City of Ketchikan and Ketchikan Public Utilities employees met on Saturday, November 19, to decorate the "tail" portion of Whale Park. This is the second year that these employees and their families have decorated this spot. This year, they branched out and also decorated the clock! After spending about an hour hanging white lights, the group met for coffee and Christmas cookies.
