Assembly Passed The Buck Again

I am glad to see that Mr.
Martin [School Superintendent] has the guts to do what the assembly
should have done about Schoenbar. But, this way the elected officials
can let someone else take the heat for something they are soley
to blame for.
There is a potential health
hazard. The Ketchikan assembly members knew it. They passed the
buck again. I will remember this at the next election. I hope
everyone does.
