Golden Fleece Bridge

It is amusing that Lisa Murkowski stated that the ferry that connects Revilla with Gravina "is unreliable in bad weather", during Senate debate last month, and used this as a justification for building the "waste of taxpayers money" bridge. Don Young's Golden Fleece Bridge. The bridge to the Murkowski Family Trust's Land on Gravina.

I believe she is confused, it is not the ferry that is unreliable in bad weather, it is the landing ability of the airplanes that is unreliable in bad weather. A bridge will do nothing to correct this weather related problem.
