      Questions for Cheney

      In regards to the article "Questions for Cheney" By
      Dick Morris, why not open the discussion to the broader question
      of selective information management.  Since Libby is characterized
      as careful in these matters, did someone use Libby to deflect
      attention away from VP Cheney?  In this scenario, Libby becomes
      the fall-guy, diverts attention, and possibly diffuses the bigger
      question of Cheney's role in selectively managing evidentiary
      information regarding Iraq's intentions to build nuclear weapons.
