A knock on the door on the eve of Halloween was answered when I was handed a bag of candy. I needed an explanation, which was "We are parents who support the safe neighborhood for our young children and through contributions wish to support the continuation of the Jackson Street safe neighborhood as we have heard it is expensive for the home owners." We want to thank these parents for their support for those of us that live on Jackson Street. As Halloween approaches each year we look forward to Spiderman, Cinderella, Care Bear, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Witches, and Goblins visiting our home. Jan Sande and Stephanie Rainwater-Sande
