Rodney Dial outlined a detailed and smart alternative to an Alaskan State income tax that will certainly meet opposition from State Legislature for not being invented there, and every Chamber of Commerce in Alaska for being hazardous to their cash registers.

I like it. Makes an income tax look foolish and a penny on every sales dollar spent in Alaska secured into a 'Publically Accountable Fund' look like Rocket Science... now watch Mr. Dial's Opinion go nowhere.

My Opinion is our Governor should implement an 'untouchable' branch of ABI's Law Enforcement Division to "investigate" - arrest and prosecute anyone entrusted with State, City, Town, and Bureau government for fraud and waste. Put Rodney Dial in charge.
