Will there be Halloween on Jackson?

As Halloween creeps closer, I wanted to confirm if anyone has any information about Jackson Street being closed becuase of construction? My daughters and I, like many other families, traditionally "treat" throughout the Jackson Street neighborhood. If Jackson is closed, I am in need to make other holiday arrangements!
