Invitation to sing

By Rob Holston

October 14, 2013
Monday PM

Please consider singing with us this year in the Clover Pass Community Church "Singing Christmas Tree." We are typically a group of about 40 Christian singers. We sing basic 4-part harmony and are looking for soprano, alto, tenor an bass singers. Don't worry, all people fit into one of these categories, more or less :)

This year we will be singing traditional hymn arrangements of the Christmas season in A Cappella style to show off the warmth and textures of the human voice. Music is now available at the church office at the corner of N. Tongass & N. Pt. Higgins OR pick up your copy at our first rehearsal, Oct. 20th at 3:57 PM. Our rehearsals last 1:33 on Sunday afternoons and the five public performances are December 12, 13 & 14. We also will sing in the Ketchikan Jail on Saturday Dec. 6.

This is your chance to become part of a 25+ year old Ketchikan Christmas tradition. Bring a friend if you wish and join in........ you don't need to be an expert singer or sight reader to add your voice to this Ketchikan tradition. Please join us.
