What's another $17.5 million

Your vote does count even here. In Ketchikan less than 1,500 people decided to put the rest of us in debt for 17.5 million dollars. I can't express my disappointment enough.
Those of you who didn't vote better not even try to express your inevitable frustration on our upcoming increased taxes. You too will bear this burden.
