Vote for the Pool
By Steve Clossick

Even though I do not live in Ketchikan anymore, I want to express my support of the NEW POOL in Ketchikan. I moved from Ketchikan 4 years ago and used the pool on the regular basis. I also coached KKW under Coach Martin during my time in Ketchikan.

A new swimming pool for the community is a win win for everyone. It provides everyone of all ages an outlet for exercise, therapy, and a place to have fun.

The Mike Smither's Pool has served its purpose and provided many years of use. While continue band - aiding could keep it going for a while, it is time to do what is right for the community and build a pool for the 21st century. I hope the next time I come to Ketchikan I will be able to use the NEW KETCHIKAN POOL.

The community of Ketchikan deserves a new pool. I look forward to reading the results of the vote!
