Gas Prices, Gouging?

In response to the price gouging comments, there is a simple
complaint form specifically for the price gouging of gasoline
on the Department of Energy's website, it only takes a minute
to fill out.
I filled one out, I'm sure
complaints in mass from the Ketchikan area would have an effect.
