I agree, Sealaska has an announcement on their website: Bill
to Fulfill ANCSA Land Entitlement Introduced in Congress.
This cannot be addressed until the landless issues are resolved.The
landless issues should be dealt with before any bills are admitted
for further land issuances are passed. Doing so will only create
more unresolved land issues due to the left out communities.
