I would like to share with you why I will be voting yes on Proposition 1 and Proposition 2 tomorrow. My family is not always able to leave Ketchikan. We live on one salary. We are not able to fly south every year. Having opportunities here in Ketchikan to see great musicians and watch superb dance is what makes it OK to be stuck on this rock. It is very important to me that my family can attend great shows in the winter. It is essential for us! We need food, yes, and heat of course; but we also need art and dance.
