Open Letter: Thank You

Dear Honorable K.J. Harris:
First of all, congratulations on your campaign and election to
the Ketchikan City Council. We, at the Ketchikan Youth Court,
look forward to working with you in your new position.
Secondly, THANK YOU for your generous donation of your excess
campaign funds. Our Ketchikan Youth Court recently suffered
the loss of a $12,000 federal grant, which was unexpectedly cancelled
by officials in Washington, DC. Your donation and support
certainly help us maintain our service to the community.
