Ketchikan, Alaska - A
Coast Guardsman uses a floatation device as he swims toward a
fishing vessel during training for fishers. The training involved
crews from Marine Safety Detachment Ketchikan, Station Ketchikan
and the Alaska Marine Safety Education Association (AMSEA).
The trainers provided specialized
damage control training to local fishermen Oct. 6th in Ketchikan.
