Professor Gronke makes an interesting
point regarding liberal vs. conservative legislators. However,
were I a Massachusetts voter, liberal or conservative, I'd be
upset that Senator Kerry was absent for 60% of the roll call
votes. Sixty percent absenteeism in most jobs will get you fired.
