KPU Tech?

I want to know why when someone calls local KPU Tech about a problem with TV (I had a problem last weekend about a channel I could not get) I had to go through the whole weekend getting either Montana or North Carolina for this problem. I don't want to talk to someone in those states when I have a local Tech in Ketchikan.
They went as far telling me it was my TV or I can call the number and push 4, with this it got me back to push 1. What was I suppose to do? This brings you right back to these so call Techs.
I had found out on Monday morning that our New KPU Manager set this up after he took it over. Give a break I thought you KPU Tech are suppose to work 7 days a week year round and live in Ketchikan not these states. Now I have an issue that means I have to wait until Monday in order to get answers...
