Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority Juneau is trying to bully 13 tenant families of the housing at the top of Jackson Street into signing a new lease, giving up their rights under the old lease that T & H  deny happened or families had. Originally ‘rent to own’ language leases that people are being asked to give up their rights under the original lease or be evicted!

And I thought T & H were on the Native's side! They are being threatened in other ways! Thank you Brian Jackson for your efforts to deny these original potential home owners and crash their dreams and hopes.

This was originally co-sponsored by KIC with the hopes of people to eventually own a home and T & H gives KIC no say in the matter.

The ‘new lease’ removes any language from the original that gives hope to the original lease owners of ever owning their homes.
