RE: Can we really afford to spend this
much money on a hospital?

Regarding Mr. Ed Plute's letter about the hospital funding vote, where did he get the information that the PeaceHealth Hospital made a profit of $1.64 billion last year?

I would like to know where I can go to check if this information is correct.

Responding to an inquiry from the editor, Mr. Plute's responded: "2013 priority project page 4 - The Community of Ketchikan. Fiscal year 2013 state funding request phase 1 to 4 is 76,000,000 hope this helps."
