By Angie Lammers

Monday PM

We have all of the households & businesses on POW to pay Hydro, and turn off the other power company, roughly 3000-4000 houses & businesses on POW. We don't have a commitment from the other cities to do this. This project is over 3 years behind, because inexperienced leadership, do we have any experts working on this? NO.

The HYDRO committee is going to borrow $20m. Are we paying for salaries to the Hydro committee this last 3 years? Shareholders, we need to step up and say "no". We need to know who is running this. Do we have a $20M colleral for this project (land? trees)? Do we have enough users to pay for the $20 m? Google: Hydroelectric Projects, Ketchikan.

Go to this meeting Thursday, here in Ketchikan.
