HE WAS THE MOST HONEST AND COMPASSIONATE MANAGER EVER IN THE
HISTORY OF THE CITY. I CANNOT IMAGING HE WILL DO ANYTHING LESS
FOR KETCHIKAN.
YOU SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE
SUCH A FINE MAN SERVING YOUR CITY. HIS DEDICATION FAR EXCEEDS
A SALARY CONTROVERSY. IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS, BUT HE IS NOT
FORGOTTEN IN WATERTOWN
