Chloramine in our drnking
water

I have read many letters by citizens concerned about the hazards
of chloramination of Ketchikan's drinking water, but none suggest
how we can prevent Ketchikan Public Utilities (KPU) from forging
ahead with this treatment.
How do we stop it?
If anyone can post a proactive
plan, I will participate.
