Forum Provides Opportunity to Learn About Assembly Candidates

Ketchikan, Alaska - Tuesday, October 2nd, registered voters will be selecting two from a group of five candidates to fill two vacant 3-year term seats on the Ketchikan Borough Assembly.

Of the five candidates vying for the two open seats on the Ketchikan Borough Assembly, all were present to participate in a forum hosted by the Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce which took place on Wednesday, September 19th. Present were candidates Glen Thompson , Carol Cairnes, Gregory Vickrey, Derek Flom and Mike Painter. One candidate, Robert "Gus" Gustafson, earlier announced his withdrawal.
