I am writing regarding the top stories link on SitNews. This is the second time I have come across this and am hoping it stops. I use Sitnews to stay on top of local news, if you click on Top Stories and then Ketchikan, they link you to a page with all of the articles relating to you guessed it, top stories in Ketchikan.

Imagine my shock and disgust when one of the stories I clicked on is not an actual story but a posting by InjuryBoard.com on how to file a wrongful death lawsuit relating to our latest tragedy on the dock. When Ketchikan had the fatal crash in Traitors Cove, I noticed the same thing, this InjuryBoard.com had a how to for the families of the survivors on how to file a lawsuit. In the old days I guess they just went to the hospital, now technology has made it easier, they can just poach their clients online.

To all of the families involved in either accident I'm referring to, my thoughts and prayers, as well as I can assure you the entire community of Ketchikan's thoughts and prayers are with you right now. We are a small community and whether the accident happens to someone visiting for the first time or a local resident, we grieve with you.
