Lazy people and bears

While Juneau was preparing their Bear Law, I brought it to the Borough Assembly to consider...NO RESPONSE! After Juneau adopted their law, I submitted it again...NO RESPONSE!

How many of our bears must die because people are too lazy to be good neighbors. We moved into THEIR home and supplied the garbage to feed them. Now we are surprised they took advantage of it. It's way past time we pass the Juneau Bear Law and put the solution on the people where it belongs.

About: "I have lived on Strawberry Road with the bears for 35 years(as many as 5 one year) and they have been in our garbage only once! It takes very little effort to keep us and the bears safe. "
