Where is Phase I White Cliff
Report?

I am wondering why the Phase 1 report is not on the "Official
White Cliff Website." My guess is that it contains negative
information in regards to construction for the project. I would
advise all voters to read the Phase 1 report before you vote.
It will open your eyes to the liabilities Ketchikan will taking
on if this project moves forward.
Make an educated vote.
